CAREER ROADMAP

Step 1: Specialized Training

Enroll in our 30-90 day intensive courses. Learn safety, maintenance, and operation on real machines (JCB 3DX, Poclain 220).

Step 2: Certification

Upon completion, receive an ISO 9001:2015 certified diploma and assistance in obtaining your Heavy Vehicle License.

Step 3: Industrial Exposure

We send you for on-site training in real mines and construction sites to understand ground reality.

Step 4: 100% Placement

Direct joining as an Operator in top companies like L&T, Tata Hitachi, and overseas projects.
